For your peace of mind, the concierge will arrange to store your luggage if you do arrive early and when a room is not available as well as for the guests attending function on their date of departure. All luggages must be clearly labeled to ensure efficient service.

While you are staying with us, you will be able to enjoy our complimentary car parking service, with a capacity for 50 cars and 100 motorcycles. There is a 24 hours security guard patrol to ensure the safety of your belongings while staying with us.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
 

Low season

Cancellation (or No Show) made 48 hours before due arrival will be subject to one night room charge inclusive of service charge and VAT. Should you need to shorten your stay, kindly advise the reception at least 24 hours in advance. Late notice may result in one night’s additional charge to apply.
 
High Season

Cancellation (or No Show) made 7 days before due arrival will be subject to one night room charge inclusive of service charge and VAT. Should you need to shorten your stay, kindly advise the reception at least 48 hours in advance. Late notice may result in one night’s additional charge to apply.
 

Smoking – Non Smoking Policy

For your convenience, we have non smoking rooms. Please do not hesitate to mention your desire to get a non smoking room during your booking.
 
Pet Policy
For hygiene purpose and the well being and respect of our guests, pets are not allowed neither to stay in the guest room nor in public areas.
 

Children Policy
Being family centered, we do offer for children up to 12 years of age to stay free with their parents, providing one extra bed for up to 2 children. Breakfast will be charged at 50% discount from the normal rate. Children up to 2 years old is free of charge for breakfast. Just contact our Housekeeping department to arrange a baby cot or a crib at no extra charge.
